Future stars of the comic book world : jon kent

There are a whole mix of comic book characters out there right now that have potential to explode and become the 'next big thing'. In a new series of articles we take a look at some of these future stars and highlight some of the key issues worth picking up.
This time round we take a look at Jonathan Samuel Kent.

Half of the forthcoming DC title Super Sons - Jon Kent is the firstborn son of Superman and Lois Lane - so he comes from a solid background!

Jon Kent is a character who will undoubtably form part of the DC universe for years to come - so now is the time to keep an eye on some of the key issues he is in - none more so than his first appearance.

His first appearance is actually as a new born in - Convergence: Superman #2 - despite having a large print run this is still a book to try and track down - even more so given it could be a key first appearance of this character.
